Drew did an excellent job in locating a small gas leak that CenterPoint Energy would not work to pinpoint. He was knowledgeable, personable, and patient (taking time to check every possible location even when working in hot, confined spaces) during two visits. A 10+ out of 10 rating in every way. Ross and Blake at Steg Plumbing were also great to work with. I will contact Steg Plumbing for any future plumbing need.

We have had the pleasure of working with Steg Plumbing several times. Our past two work orders were assigned to Drew Budd both visits April 25, 2025 & today May 14, 2025 Drew was promo, polite, and knowledgeable of the reason why he was here, he immediately assessed the work that needed to be done set an expectation, and finished the job leaving a neat worksite. We are pleased to have worked with Steg Plumbing and with employees like Drew Budd, I’m sure they will continue to exceed expectations. We will call in Steg Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

I used Steg for a couple issues I was having. Both times they were very professional and were pleasant to talk to. My most recent service was an installation of a new water softener which was done by Alex. Super knowledgeable and a really nice guy. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing.

My electric water heater kept throwing its circuit breaker. After considering DIY, I called Steg mid-afternoon to effect the repair ... today! Eric arrived late afternoon (the same day!) and got busy repairing the water heater. After draining the tank, he replaced the lower heating element was shorted. While we were at it, I had him replace the upper element as well. In about an hour, he buttoned up the fixed heater, had me re-apply power to the unit, and after testing it for leaks and proper operation, he cleaned up the area, had me pay the bill, and he was on his way. Cost was reasonable as well.

Drew Budd was our service guy that came out to our home to help with plumbing issue that we had. He is thorough and explains the issue that makes sense. I very malice Reccomend Steg plumbing and Drew!

Ever since my remodel, we have had odd smells in the house, so I finally called Steg to come take a look. I thought it would be a difficult problem, but Blake identified the issue within seconds. I wish I would have insisted on using Steg for my remodel. These guys are professional and kind.

Ryan did an excellent job fixing our leaky shower. He explained everything thoroughly and was efficient.

We had been dealing with smelly water out of bathroom faucets from cold supply lines. Eric replaced the plastic hook ups and the smell is gone.

Ryan came by to fix a leaking spigot on the side of my house. He showed up on time, was incredibly friendly, and was done in about 10 minutes. Fantastic work

I can't recommend Steg highly enough! Our tech, Eric, was professional and prompt and our issue was quickly resolved and didn't cost too much! I'm so grateful!

Eric S. with Steg was my technician. The issue was a water leak coming from the outdoor garden hose connection where the pipe burst inside the wall during the winter and caused my bedroom to become a marsh when I used the connection this spring. Eric was very professional, tidy, and completed the job with minimal drywall cutting. He replaced the busted pipe with a new, better quality fixture and we are back to running water. I’ve used Steg multiple times through the past 6 years and every time I am impressed with quality service you can trust. Thank you Steg. Edit: Had two techs back again today for preventative maintenance on my water heater: Skyler and Matt. They were very thorough and I signed up for the yearly maintenance package for peace of mind, plus includes a free water heater flush to prevent sediment buildup. I also had a question about my water softener and without question immediately went to check it out and ensure it was working properly. 5 stars as always! Can’t beat this reliable service.

Skylar was a rock star. My random mystery toilet leak finally has been solved. Had several plumbers come diagnose the random mystery leak with no one being able to figure it out. Jacob came out on Sunday. We are an hour drive for him each way. He solved our emergency problem quickly and efficiently. Very personable and knowledgeable too! Jacob did an awesome job!

We have used Steg Plumbing for years. They put in all the plumbing when our house was built. Since then we had a few water heater replacements, a new sump pump put in after our house was struck by lightening. We recently contacted them to get a new sink installed and a new toilet in our parents house before it went on the market. Sida was the technician and he is AWESOME. On time, so nice and knows what needs to be done. He also found a leak for us behind the washer and was connected to the kitchen sink and knew what needed to be done. HIGHLY recommend STEG! I told Sida today, Steg has some customers for life. If we could give Sida more stars we would. Thanks again!!
