“Eric is a very knowledgeable person and knew what was needed to take care of problems we were experiencing. He was able to provide the appropriate service to remedy the problems. We still have one more issue and have ordered the parts necessary. We will contact Steg Plumbing and ask for Eric when the parts come in.”
